J.R.Hougan delivered a comprehensive cabinetry installation package for the Lumen Project, a high-density development encompassing two full-scale apartment buildings and six multiplexes. Managing a project of this magnitude requires more than just craftsmanship; it requires elite logistical precision and a "Safety-First" mentality. Throughout the duration of the build, we maintained rigorous site safety requirements, including daily review of Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA) and full WorkSafeBC compliance, ensuring a zero-incident workflow.

When design discrepancies or site-specific issues occurred, I provided immediate, experience-driven solutions to keep the project on its critical path. By coordinating directly with ordering services and complementing the existing designs with technical on-site adjustments, we ensured that every unit was completed to the highest standard without compromising the developer's timeline.
